Away for awhile...

I'm headed out of cold Calgary, to Sunny San Diego for the next couple days for a conference for work....oh darn...San Diego!! Haha sorry guys. So if you're emailing, I probably won't be responding until early next week. My computer is going to be getting a makeover while I'm gone too, so hopefully we'll be good to go when I'm back. I'm trying out a new way to post and hopefully it will make my photos bigger on the blog. And I'm doing so with my friend Jen's new babe Eric....so sweet, LOVE all the hair, he is so cool!

Busy, Busy, Busy...

Last week was a bit of a whirlwind, between working the weekend at my "real" job and fitting in 9 sessions in the past week, I'm about ready for bed!! Here's a sneak peek at the first one of last week. This is Grayden, aka- duplicate copy of his big brother Jace who was on this blog just over two years ago (here) . What a beautiful family, nice work guys!

Funny

I'm sure anyone who has tried to take photos of a child knows, it may sometimes take 100 shots just to get that perfect "ONE". Well, Cheralyn and I worked VERY hard last weekend when we went to visit, and I thought this picture was funny because it pretty much sums up our attempts at getting that one great shot...better luck next time I guess! Ah what beautiful...pumpkins! :)

the best day was today

Let Avery choose the title, headed out to try and find some pumpkins today, and after a couple tries found this place. Took some shots we thought Grandpa Thorsen would like on the old truck... Leyton fell off the truck, Benny fell on his face, Ady ran away, and Avery was perfect....crazy day, but fun all around...here's the proof!
