The ZOOOO!

So since last weekend was a bust because I was working we decided to head to the Zoo for the morning on Sunday.  It was tons of fun and we even capped off the day with a trip to the theatre to see Up!  Leyton was pretty humorous with her 3D glasses on, I'm sure everyone in the theatre was impressed with her play by play in her super loud voice (that she gets from her Mom and Grandpa!)  Fun day!

I missed a couple...

Just downloaded these from my camera this weekend.   I forgot that I didn't do it sooner.  A couple cute ones from Grandpa and Leyton playing in the sprinkler, and Mom's bleeding hearts in the back yard.

More PA!

Grandma and Grandpa's play tent in the screened in room.  Leyton sure liked playing in it!

Back to Sask and Fathers Day!

We all headed back to Saskatchewan last week.  Leyton and Kelly for the whole week, and me for 5 days.  Kelly took a week of work at his Saskatoon branch and Leyton and I headed back with him for a visit with Grandma and Grandpa and everyone else in PA.  Leyton got to spend some serious QT time with them during the week and I headed back to Calgary to work on Tuesday.  We had a great time, these pics are from Great Grandma Thorsen's place after the rain.  We had some dinner, ran around playing soccer, digging in the dirt and climbing on the fence that Grandpa built.  Here's some of the pics.  The couple of Leyton with her Dad and Grandpa were good "leading up to Father's day" pics.  I like them alot!  I also like the very first picture that Kelly took of L.  One of my favorites right now!

Congratulations Daddy!

While the Kelly's were here in Calgary last weekend, Kelly was in San Diego for his very first marathon.  He's been training REALLY hard for months and the day finally came.  He did really well and finished in about 4 hours 14 minutes, which is pretty awesome considering he was barely able to walk a couple weeks ago after he did something to his knee.  He's still hobbling around the house, but already talking about the next one.  I think he actually ENJOYED it!! Crazy right?  I think I'd rather eat my right arm than run 41.2 km CORRECTION... 42.195km  (sorry Dad, not trying to short you a KM!) !!  Way to go Dad!  We're very proud of you!

Check out some of the photos of during the race here.

Krazy Kelly Kids...

This past weekend Cheryl, Steve and the Fam made the trek down to Calgary to hang with us and to meet up with her Dentistry Class.  We spent pretty much all afternoon on Saturday out enjoying the sun...which we better try and remember since it might snow here this weekend (yes it is JUNE!!).  Here are the pics from that afternoon.  You'll love the progression of shots of the 4 of them, as I took, no lie 20 shots and not ONE of them has all 4 kids looking at the camera....funny!  We were sooo happy to play and hang out with them, and can't wait to see them again soon!  PS the one showing all their Bums is acutally all of them showing their yoga moves....they're doing downward dog!!

Still Behind!!

Took these of little Clara just over a week ago, and I'm finally getting to posting these.  You saw the pictures of Cohen not too long ago with his cute LITTLE pregnant Mama.  We all know that a two year old holding a newborn for a photo isn't always going to be the easiest thing, and Clara herself doesn't look all too impressed, but we managed to get at least one of the new big brother and little sister.
