I'm a bit behind

A couple weeks ago Grandma and Grandpa were down for the long weekend.  We headed out to Heritage park and got lucky with a nice sunny day.  We made our way around the park, I think I I may have been 10 the last time I was there.  It was pretty cool, Leyton thought it was pretty cool to ride the "choo choo" and the Carousel and swings were a hit too.  Here's some of the pics from our day. 

Something new...

Last weekend I got the chance to do something a little new.  My friend Kendra is a dentist in Calgary and was looking for some photos of her office girls for a new website they want to get set up.  I pitched the idea of an "Urban" theme and to my luck she liked it!!  So I took her and her cute bunch of gals around some of my favorite spots and came up with some cute shots if I do say so myself!   She will definitely have the coolest dentist website in Calgary!!   If you need a dentist in the Northwest, make sure you give them a call!!  I'll post the website for you when its done!

I'm weird...

Often as I'm driving around Calgary I find myself scoping out cool photo session spots (even though I should probably be paying more attention to the road!).  I've driven by this motorhome parked in someone's back alley so many times I can't even count, and every time I've thought to myself that would be a cool kids photo spot, especially with Leyton's pettiskirt that matches that blue color almost perfectly.  So yesterday I finally took her down there.  Lets just say it wasn't the warmest day out, so the session ended quickly, but I finally got my pics.  I think they turned out pretty cute.  What do you think?

Potty Time!

We've had a big last week or so.  Leyton officially pee'd on the potty for the first time on April 30th, since then we've had alot of progress!  I'm sure you're all dying to know, but too bad, you're going to hear it...its a big deal in this house!! We've progressed to being able to go potty three times a day, on demand!! So we're going to keep working on it!  Here are some pics from the big first day, enjoying her reward.  We'll keep working on it.
